Chinese -speaking Network Operations Centre (NOC) Engineer

Our client, one of a prestigious global ICT company, is recruiting for a Chinese -speaking Network Operations Centre (NOC) Engineer to join their business in Germany.

Professionals analyze problems, perform troubleshooting and incident response on the system, communicate with site technicians and track problems through to resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for 7*24hr trouble shooting on CUEU related Transmission and IP network

• Responsible for 7*24hr EUNOC email and CU OSS2.0 Trouble System answering for trouble shooting

• Responsible for following up all related trouble tickets and escalating cases in CUEU and CU internally

• Responsible for checking network element at least three times a day(may need more time accordingly with different situation)

• Responsible for checking performance of important service accordingly and other temporary checking missions

• Responsible for provisioning of trouble recovery and migration

• Responsible for generating major trouble report and list of affected circuits

• Responsible for providing trouble information and providing LOG record accordingly with request from end customer or other CU internal departments

• Responsible for maintaining records for CUEU network equipment/customer services etc. and keeping update

Qualifications:

• Skilled network technical knowledge or related computer major

• Basic operation system or related ICT knowledge

• Good communication skill and strong sense of responsibility

• Certification of CCNA, HCIA -NETWORK or HCIA -TRANSMISSION is required

• Certification of CCNP, HCIP -NETWORK or HCIP -TRANSMISSION would be considered priority

• 2 years or above full -time or part -time work experience would be considered priority

• Fluently English and Mandarin speaking, reading and writing

• German is a plus
