Developed by seamen. Tested on the Baltic Sea. Sold all over the world. Since its founding in 1990, HanseYachts AG, with its six brands today, has developed into one of the world's largest manufacturers of ocean-going sailing and motor yachts from series production.

Preparation, setting up and cleaning of moulds and tools
Operating the chopper-gun equipment to spray fibreglass and resin onto the moulds
Measuring, mixing and loading resins and catalysts according to technical requirements
Checking the materials used for consistency, smoothness and structural integrity
Cleaning and maintaining equipment and tools
Complying with all safety standards and environmental regulations, and using protective equipment properly
Documenting production data, material usage, and any defects and problems

Previous experience operating fibreglass chopper/gun equipment or working with fibreglass materials is an advantage.
Familiarity with fibreglass production processes, tools and techniques.
Attention to detail and the ability to follow technical drawings and specifications.
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and handle materials in a manufacturing environment.
Strong commitment to workplace safety and the proper handling of chemicals.
