# Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Chief Human Resources Officer to serve as a strategic partner to our executive leadership team and drive our people strategy. The CHRO will be responsible for developing and executing human resources initiatives that support our business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
**Key Responsibilities**
The CHRO will lead all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee development, compensation and benefits, performance management, and organizational development. This role requires developing workforce planning strategies, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and building programs that enhance employee engagement and retention. The CHRO will also advise senior leadership on organizational design, change management, and succession planning while serving as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters.
**Qualifications**
The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive role. A bachelor’s degree is required, with an MBA or advanced degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred. The successful candidate will demonstrate deep expertise in strategic HR management, strong business acumen, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience leading HR functions in complex, fast-paced organizations and a track record of building effective teams and driving organizational change are essential.
