Civil Package Lead - Structures & Buildings

We are supporting a major LNG infrastructure project in Germany and are looking for an experienced Package Lead (Civil) - Structures & Buildings to lead the delivery of all civil, structural and building works across the terminal.

Responsibilities

Manage civil, structural and building works from detailed design through construction and handover.
Oversee foundations, underground works, concrete structures, steel structures, buildings, roads and infrastructure.
Coordinate contractors and key project interfaces.
Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, schedule and budget requirements.
Support inspections, testing, commissioning and final handover activities.

Requirements

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
10+ years' experience on large EPC, industrial or energy projects.
Minimum 5 years' LNG terminal experience.
Proven experience as a Package Lead, Construction Manager or Civil Package Manager.
Strong knowledge of Eurocodes, DIN standards and German construction practices.
Previous project experience in Germany is essential.
Fluent German and English.
