Your tasks

Proper recording of invention disclosures in the IP data system in compliance with legal regulations

Communication with inventors over the term of a patent

Filing of patent applications with preparation of forms, signatures and dispatch to the DPMA (German Patent and Trademark Office) and EPO (European Patents)

Preparation and support for DE, EPO and PCT procedures (international patent application)

Preparing and sending orders from the IP data system (internal data system) to worldwide service providers and attorneys in business fluent English and German

Performing simple accounting tasks, such as purchase orders, invoice entry

Your profile

Patent paralegal or several years of experience in the field of industrial property protection

Business fluent in German and English

Completed studies as a patent engineer/patent attorney

Analytical and independent way of working, good communication skills

Several years of professional experience in accounting tasks, e.g. orders, invoice entry
