Your mission
As a Client Account Manager, your main focus is relationship management, coordination, and growth of existing accounts. You will ensure clients feel supported, informed, and confident — while the technical team focuses on delivery.
This role suits someone who enjoys structured communication, coordination, and long-term client partnerships more than hands-on technical work.
Your Responsibilities
Own and manage relationships with SME clients in the DACH region
Act as the main point of contact for all client communication
Coordinate internally with delivery teams and external partners
Manage quotes, invoices, renewals, and project updates
Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with the team
Support inbound leads and follow-up conversations
Ensure high client satisfaction and retention
