In this role, you will
Deliver high-quality clinical education and training for Philips products, supporting both internal teams and customers to ensure effective and safe use of our solutions.
Your responsibilities
Deliver engaging training sessions (virtual and onsite) for internal and external audiences
Provide education on new products, features, and clinical applications
Collaborate with instructional design teams to develop and improve training content
Support usability studies and customer training activities
Analyze feedback and training metrics to continuously improve learning effectiveness
Act as a subject matter expert in learning delivery and education services
Your profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Engineering, or similar
Initial experience in training delivery, learning services, or clinical education
Strong presentation and communication skills
Fluent in English
Additional information
Remote-based in Germany
Up to 80% international travel internationally
