Position: Psychology Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $70–$78/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Author, review, and annotate technical tasks to evaluate AI model performance on psychology problems.
• Produce original problem sets grounded in experimental designs, statistical plots, and behavioral data figures.
• Write reference solutions and apply structured quality checks.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve training data quality and downstream performance.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• PhD in Psychology, PsyD, or MS in Psychology with 3+ years clinical, research, or applied experience.
• BA/BS in Psychology with 5+ years applied research, clinical support, or teaching experience.
• Working fluency in at least two of: cognitive, clinical, developmental, social, biological psychology.
• Comfortable reading and interpreting experimental designs, statistical plots, and behavioral data figures.
• Clear technical writing; able to articulate reasoning step-by-step in written form.
