Ziel der Position

Die Rolle Commercial Governance DACH verantwortet die Entwicklung, Implementierung und Steuerung eines einheitlichen Client Opportunity Governance Framework in der DACH Region. 

Hauptaufgaben

• Verantwortung für die Implementierung des Client Opportunity Governance Frameworks in der DACH-Region auf Basis globaler und europäischer Vorgaben: Umsetzung, Pflege, Training und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung.
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Richtlinien, Compliance-Anforderungen, regulatorischer Vorgaben sowie der geltenden Autorisierungsmatrix
• Owner des  Client Opportunity Governance Prozesses in DACH: Harmonisierung und Standardisierung von Commercial Governance-Prozessen, Tools und Templates über verschiedene Legal Entities hinweg.
• Owner der Client Opportunity Governance-Tools: Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Commercial Governance-Tools zur Steigerung von Qualität und Effizienz unter Berücksichtigung von Standardisierungs- und Automatisierungspotentialen.
• Beratung und Unterstützung von Angebots- und Opportunity-Teams hinsichtlich Commercial Governance-Anforderungen und Entscheidungsprozessen.
• Steuerung und Überwachung der Einhaltung definierter Freigabe- und Eskalationsprozesse
• Organisation und Moderation von Commercial Governance-Gremien, Review-Boards und Management-Entscheidungsrunden.
• Dokumentation und Nachhalten von Auflagen der Freigaben der Client Opportunities.
• Entwicklung, Implementierung und Pflege von Commercial Governance-KPIs sowie Management-Reports.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den europäischen und globalen Commercial Teams zur Sicherstellung der Freigabeprozesse (DACH und Europe) auf europäischer und globaler Ebene sowie zur Weiterentwicklung der Commercial Governance Framework Standards

Anforderungen
 

Fachliche Qualifikationen:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Commercial Management, Commercial Governance, Prozessmanagement, Finance oder Compliance.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse von IT Service Geschäftsmodellen, globalen Lieferstrukturen, im Vertragsmanagement sowie kommerzieller Steuerung
• Affinität zu Standardisierung, Harmonierung und Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen
• Erfahrung in einem internationalen IT Service Unternehmen oder Konzern

• Fähigkeit, auf allen Ebenen des Unternehmens, lokal und international, erfolgreich zusammenzuarbeiten

• Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich aufzubereiten und auf Management-Ebene zu präsentieren

• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
