We're hiring a Commercial Performance Manager to sit at the heart of our Insights & Analytics team and orchestrate commercial steering together with our Chief Growth and Chief Marketing Officers. In this role, you'll translate forecasts, marketing mix modeling, and analytical insights into clear, actionable goals for our market teams and channels — connecting the dots between data, decisions, and outcomes. This is one of the most directly impactful roles in our growth organization. You won't just produce analyses — you'll shape how the business sets targets, allocates spend, and measures success. If you want a seat at the table where commercial decisions actually get made, this is it.


You'll be a key thought partner to the CGO, CMO and senior commercial leaders, helping the business answer the question: "What is driving our performance, what should we do next, and how do we know it will work.



***This role is located in Munich***
In this role, we follow a hybrid working model: time in the office each week to collaborate and connect with the team, balanced with remote days that support focused, independent work.


Your Responsibilities



  • Facilitate commercial performance steering end-to-end: set and cascade goals for market teams and channels, grounded in forecasting and MMM outputs

  • Own marketing mix modeling analysis and attribution, and translate findings into clear investment, channel, and portfolio recommendations

  • Build and maintain forecasts that anchor planning cycles, target-setting, and performance tracking across markets

  • Partner closely with the CGO to prepare commercial reviews, executive narratives, and decision-ready insights for the leadership team

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial teams to Identify structural barriers to growth (e.g. media channel mix, distribution gaps, promo mechanics) and develop prioritized, actionable recommendations to address them

  • Communicate complex performance data clearly and use it to challenge assumptions and sharpen commercial and marketing decisions

  • Evolve our analytical toolkit, methodologies, and ways of working as the function matures


 


That’s You



  • 5+ years of experience in commercial analytics, marketing effectiveness, revenue growth management, or a closely related field

  • Strong analytical and statistical foundation — you're comfortable with MMM, attribution modeling, forecasting techniques, and ROI analysis

  • A proven ability to translate quantitative findings into commercial recommendations that leaders actually act on

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; you can hold the room with senior stakeholders and bring clarity to ambiguous problems

  • Commercial acumen and genuine curiosity about how marketing mix, and channel decisions shape business outcomes

  • Experience working with C-level stakeholders and orchestrating cross-functional decisions

  • A collaborative, proactive style and the confidence to challenge assumptions constructively
