Principal Accountabilities
• Manage and develop account target for new and existing partners
• Win new system house partner with focus on education, government and corporate accounts
• Pipeline management and RR model line-up planning with partners
• Distributor's Sell-in/ -out/ -thru management and aging stock monitoring
• Feedback market status to improve and adjust line-up and process
• Sales Performance Monitoring and Reporting
• Think strategically, develop action plans and deliver tangible business development results
• Proactive, able to perform in high pressure and team work
• Energetic, passionate about business development
Qualifications and background
• 5+years of PC sales experience in Commercial Business in IT sector with 2+yrs of sales management experience
• University degree in relevant fields
• Excellent command at MS office programs
• Preferably have experience in international companies
• Solution-oriented, having a dynamic and proactive mindset
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment daily decision making, under high pressure, and prioritize work deadlines
• Demonstrated strong drive for results, attention to detail and high-quality work at all times
• Interested in PC technologies and the market trends
• Native in German with excellent command in English both written and spoken
