As a Communications Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact between the project team and the local municipality in Michelau. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth, transparent, and proactive communication regarding both project-related developments and workforce matters.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between the project execution team and local municipal stakeholders


• Coordinate on-site meetings, documentation, and approvals when required


• Manage and coordinate all communication relating to the project’s timeline, and other community-impacting activities
  


• Support internal communication among project stakeholders and field personnel


• Maintain clear records of correspondence and actions taken

• Excellent command of German and English is essential for this position
