Initiate and craft innovative content for external and internal use, including press releases, thought leadership stories, blogs, videos, infographics and other digital content for an integrated activation in various channels Collaborate closely and nurture the connection with tier 1 and 2 local key media, including personal connection to journalists for knowing and driving the market Collaborate closely with local customers, including personal connection to PR departments for knowing and driving the market 7-10 years of media communication experience which should include + B2B Communications and Brand experience, experience in Government Media Relations is a plus Solid understanding of communications (internal and external), and marketing strategy Experience in various communication techniques, including earned and owned channels A Solid understanding of storytelling techniques, change and crisis communications and behavioral psychology (Bias, influencing, decision making and belief systems) German and English fluent skills (spoken and written) including excellent writing and editing skills German and English Employee Engagement and internal communications experience is a plus A Digital communications mindset with futuristic thinking, demonstrating a digital first approach, including active usage of efficiency tools and AI A mindset of continuous learning Focus on execution and measurable results /KPI/OKR Ability to empower and manage a team in a distributed and virtual environment Location: Düsseldorf, Germany, 2-3 days per week in the office The chance to use your skills and imagination to push the boundaries of what´s possible.
