Compliance Coordinator (d/w/m) in Hamburg

As a Compliance Coordinator (m/f/d) at ITA Logistics Group (LetMeShip & ParcelParcel), you will ensure that we always operate in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You’ll coordinate the implementation and development of all compliance activities on national and international levels. You’ll work closely with other departments, our lawyers, partners, and suppliers. Along the way, you'll keep track of all risk mitigation measures and help the teams document and implement them.

Your tasks:

• Project Management: Coordinating compliance-related projects for all our national entities.
• Overseeing and ensuring compliance with relevant laws, especially in the areas of data protection and IT security.
• Managing and resolving internal legal issues from other departments across various legal fields.
• Develop and implement policies to mitigate risks in data protection and cybersecurity in collaboration with our IT team and lawyers. 
• Coordinating and assisting with risk assessments and internal audits to identify security gaps and areas for improvement.
• Coordinating and supporting external audits and regulatory inspections related to data protection and IT security.
• Researching and documenting (new) legal regulations in IT security and data protection that impact the company.
• Reporting: Regularly updating stakeholders on current risk levels.

• You enjoy speaking and are fluent in both German and English.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the field of data protection (especially GDPR) and IT security. Optional: Experience with specific industry standards such as ISO/IEC 27001.
• A structured working style for efficient project coordination.
• Strong communication skills and a confident presence.
• Team player: Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with software tools and systems for risk management and compliance is a plus.
• A high degree of integrity and ethical standards.
