Nestled within one of Germany's most picturesque regions, just 50 minutes from Munich, our open-air, pedestrianised Village is home to more than 110 boutiques, a celebrated food and drink scene, and a team that refuses to stand still.

The Hospitality team is hiring a Concierge (m/f/d).

The role

In this role, you will create memorable and personalised experiences for guests visiting Ingolstadt Village. You will act as an ambassador for our hospitality offering, proactively engaging with guests, supporting a wide range of concierge services, and collaborating with internal teams and brand partners to ensure exceptional service standards. Your contribution will play a key role in enhancing guest satisfaction and strengthening the Village's reputation for world-class hospitality.

Location: Ingolstadt Village

Starting minimum salary: € 42,000.00 per year

Duration: Fixed-term contract 1 year

What you'll be doing

A few of the key responsibilities in this role:

• Create outstanding guest experiences by providing tailored recommendations, assistance, and hospitality throughout the guest journey.


• Support and promote Village services, loyalty programmes, gift cards, and additional offerings while responding to guest requests and enquiries.


• Work closely with boutiques, guest services, security, housekeeping, and other stakeholders to identify service improvement opportunities and maintain high guest satisfaction levels.

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in hospitality, tourism, leisure, retail, or another customer-focused environment.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging with international guests and delivering exceptional service.


• Strong organisational skills, flexibility, and the ability to remain calm under pressure, combined with fluency in German and English.
