Preparation of offers, contracts, guest correspondence
Making event arrangements with customers
Carrying out house tours
Booking and processing events/room allotments in the PMS system
Creating and checking function sheets
Participation and support in sales and marketing activities
Coordination of conference packages with all departments

Very good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Very good knowledge of German (level C1) and English (level B2)
Good knowledge of the MICE market

After training: very good knowledge of the hotel software Salesforce and OnQ
High guest/service orientation, flexibility and organizational talent
