If you know transmission construction, this is one to look at.

A major energy infrastructure business is expanding its German construction operation and is looking for experienced Construction Managers to take responsibility for major transmission and overhead line projects.

Whether your strength is civil works, foundations, steelwork, tower construction, power assembly or stringing, your experience could have a place within the growing team.

This is a chance to work on major infrastructure projects rather than routine construction work, with responsibility for real delivery on the ground.

You'll be responsible for:

Leading construction activities across major projects

Managing site teams, contractors and subcontractors

Coordinating civil works, steelwork, tower construction, power assembly and/or stringing

Managing programme, productivity, quality and safety

Working closely with Project Management, Engineering and Planning

Resolving construction issues and keeping projects on programme

Maintaining strong client and contractor relationships

Relevant experience includes:

Civil construction

Foundations

Steelwork

Tower construction

Power assembly

Conductor stringing

Overhead line construction

High-voltage transmission infrastructure

You'll need:

Proven Construction Management experience

Strong site delivery background

Energy, infrastructure or construction experience

Experience managing contractors and site teams

Strong HSE knowledge

German B2 level or above - essential
