Arbeitsbeschreibung - Construction Manager / Bauleiter (m/w/d)

  • Overall responsibility for the execution of wind farm projects on schedule, in line with quality and costs, from the approval phase to commissioning
  • Tendering and awarding of all necessary BoP services for project implementation 
  • Responsibility for the execution planning and timely completion of wind farm projects while adhering to budgets and financing conditions 
  • Responsibility for the overall internal and external stakeholder management of projects in the execution phase
  • Continuous reporting and ensuring complete project documentation and smooth handover of the completed projects to operational management
  • Technical support of the acquisition and project development teams
  • Successfully completed engineering degree, preferably in civil engineering
  • Ideally several years of professional experience in the construction of wind farm projects
  • Very good knowledge of German and ideally business fluent in English
  • Proficient handling of MS Office programmes as well as project and process management tools 
  • Passion for the development of renewable energies and several years of professional experience in the implementation of wind energy projects in Germany 
  • Strong communication skills, conflict resolution and decision-making abilities
  • Willingness to travel and a class B driving licence
  • Motivated to support us with a high level of initiative in the project business
