We are looking for a practice-oriented consulting talent who would like to grow further after one to two years of practical experience in one of the leading strategy consultancies.

We are looking for an experienced consulting talent who wants to conquer new territory after three to five years of practical experience in one of the leading strategy consultancies. To this end, we offer a lot of creative freedom from team leadership and coaching to (partial) project management.

Responsibilities

• Initially: Sub-project management alone at the customer's site with a lot of personal responsibility
• Depending on experience: independent project management at the customer's site or complete structuring of projects from the preparation of the offer to the presentation of the offer to the customer
• Independent structuring and completion of complex analyses and tasks

• Independent project management at the customer
• Supervision and coaching of teams of at least one or two juniors, consultants or freelancers
• Acquisition of projects from existing customers
• Complete structuring of projects from the preparation of the offer to the presentation of the offer to the customer
• Independent structuring and completion of complex analyses and tasks

Our requirements

You should have a good command of the consulting toolbox - one to two years of experience in one of the leading consultancies is a plus. Knowledge of the relevant industries is important in order to be able to deliver added value to customers quickly.

MUNDICARE is looking for open-minded experts who can adapt methods and experience to the respective situation. Confident appearance at the customer, empathy towards customers and colleagues as well as leadership qualities are a must. International experience is clearly an advantage, you should know the German market well.

Experience with life sciences projects or in the life sciences industry is just as important for the satisfaction of our customers as team spirit, fun at work and a highly professional approach to people and tasks.
