Wir suchen eine:n Consultant zur Verstärkung unseres Client Management Teams in der Division Retail & Lifestyle, einer von vier Divisions innerhalb der Geschäftseinheit YouGov Shopper Deutschland, die führende Handels- und handelsnahe Dienstleistungsunternehmen auf Basis kontinuierlicher Konsumentenforschung unterstützt.
Als Consultant (m/w/d) – FMCG Retail betreust und entwickelst du ein eigenes Kundenportfolio. Dabei nutzt du die gesamte Produktpalette des Shopper Panels – von etablierten Lösungen bis hin zu fortschrittlichen Tools – um maßgeschneiderte, datenbasierte Insights zu liefern. Der Fokus liegt im Aufbau und der Pflege starker Kundenbeziehungen, der bedürfnisgerechten Beratung dieser Kunden und der Übersetzung komplexer Daten in umsetzbare Strategien mit spürbarem Einfluss.
Der Arbeitsort ist unser Büro in Nürnberg, Hamburg oder Frankfurt, mit einer Mindestpräsenz von zwei Tagen pro Woche. Zusätzlich beinhaltet die Rolle regelmäßige Reisen zu Kund:innen, abhängig von geschäftlichen Anforderungen und Terminplanungen.
Wichtig: Für diese Position ist ein Wohnsitz in Deutschland erforderlich, da wir keine Aufenthalts- oder Visasponsoring anbieten können. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich) sind Voraussetzung.
