Job Description

Your Responsibilities

• You advise our customers regarding HR processes and the technical and functional implementation of SAP SuccessFactors 


• You analyze, consult, design, and implement applications for defined HR business processes 


• You execute specified tasks in a project independently and take responsibility for their execution. If needed, you investigate alternative solutions for a defined problem 


• You support the comprehensive integration of SAP SuccessFactors into an existing process and system landscape for our customers 


• You are responsible for the management of a defined sub-project and take care of project-related tasks (scheduling, resource planning, and budgeting for your sub-project) 


• You develop and optimize interfaces  

Your Profile

• Degree in computer science, information systems, or business administration, or equivalent professional experience 


• Relevant SAP certification in HR/Cloud and/or interfaces desirable


• Typically, 2 or more years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors 


• Knowledge of SaaS solutions, Web technologies, and business integration solutions 


• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills 


• Willingness to travel, high achievement motivation 


• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
