Arbeitsbeschreibung - Contemporary Music Director/Accompanist

Job Title: Music Director/Accompanist (MDA)
Location: Ramstein Air Base Chapel
Work Schedule: Sundays, Special Services, and Rehearsals as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead worship weekly with piano and/or guitar
Arrive 45 minutes early for setup and prelude
Conduct weekly praise team rehearsals
Lead or support vocals; train team members as needed
Collaborate with Chaplain on music selection
Submit seasonal music plans (min. 4 weeks in advance)
Recruit, train, and manage praise team volunteers.

Qualifications:

2+ years music education or equivalent experience
3+ years contemporary worship experience (keyboard/guitar)
Strong vocal and congregational leadership
Proficient in reading and arranging worship music
