Continuous Improvement Manager @Deltia (Remote within EU)

Define training concepts, and conduct workshops and interactive session with our customers teaching them how to use AI to improve shop-floor operations

Analyze data and video streams generated by our AI system to identify areas for improvement in assembly operations.

Extract actionable insights and develop improvement measures for our customers' assembly lines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and sales teams, to ensure the quality of our solutions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, acting as a trusted advisor on lean manufacturing best practices.

Present and explain improvement measures to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits and can implement the changes effectively.

Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvement measures, making adjustments as needed.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure we consistently provide cutting-edge solutions.

You hold an undergraduate or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.

You have 3+ years of experience in lean manufacturing or process improvement roles.

You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and patterns in complex data sets.

You have a proven track record of implementing successful lean manufacturing initiatives.

You demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

You have superb communication (verbal and written) in both German and English, interpersonal skills, and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
