Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the on-site delivery of translation and liaison interpretation services in support of NSATU
  

• Serve as the point of contact between the linguist team and NSATU representatives
  

• Oversee task assignments, linguist scheduling, and internal communication for linguist personnel
  

• Monitor quality, timeliness, and formatting of deliverables as directed by NSATU
  

• Support team organization and operational readiness in a fast-paced, multinational military environment
  

• Ensure compliance with NSATU task tracking, formatting, and confidentiality procedures
  

Qualifications 

Required,

• Fluent in English
  

• Must hold an active Secret Clearance
  

• Must be willing and able to work on-site in Wiesbaden, Germany
  

• Must be capable of coordinating daily service delivery and communicating effectively with NSATU personnel
  

Desired,

• Prior experience leading linguist teams or coordinating service delivery on government or defense contracts
  

• Prior military experience
  

• Familiarity with NATO, NSATU, SHAPE, or similar multinational military environments
  

• Strong organizational and communication skills, with experience managing task flow, personnel, and deadlines
  

• Ability to engage professionally with military or government personnel in an operational setting
  

• Proficiency in Ukrainian or another NATO language is highly desirable
