Coordinate the on-site delivery of translation and liaison interpretation services in support of NSATU
Serve as the point of contact between the linguist team and NSATU representatives
Oversee task assignments, linguist scheduling, and internal communication for linguist personnel
Monitor quality, timeliness, and formatting of deliverables as directed by NSATU
Support team organization and operational readiness in a fast-paced, multinational military environment
Ensure compliance with NSATU task tracking, formatting, and confidentiality procedures
Fluent in English
Must hold an active Secret Clearance
Must be willing and able to work on-site in Wiesbaden, Germany
Must be capable of coordinating daily service delivery and communicating effectively with NSATU personnel
Prior experience leading linguist teams or coordinating service delivery on government or defense contracts
Prior military experience
Familiarity with NATO, NSATU, SHAPE, or similar multinational military environments
Strong organizational and communication skills, with experience managing task flow, personnel, and deadlines
Ability to engage professionally with military or government personnel in an operational setting
Proficiency in Ukrainian or another NATO language is highly desirable
