About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Cook to join our evening production team. You will be part of a structured, fast-paced kitchen focused on high-volume, high-quality food preparation. The role starts at 20:00 and involves batch cooking, ingredient handling, and supporting the overall night shift operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute recipes according to set standards and volumes
• Cook components in large quantities with precision
• Work closely with prep and assembly teams
• Follow HACCP and hygiene protocols at all times
• Support in cleaning and shift handover as needed

Requirements

• Experience in professional kitchens or large-scale cooking
• Ability to work efficiently during night/evening hours
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Team spirit and a hands-on mentality
• Punctuality, reliability, and consistency are a must
• German or English required for communication
