Arbeitsbeschreibung - Cook/ Chef de Partie (m/f/d)

Become a part of our groundbreaking project! Join our team of gastronomy enthusiasts as a cook (m/f/d) who are dedicated to creating one of Berlin's finest culinary and hospitality experiences. We are seeking like-minded individuals with a passion for food and wine, and a commitment to excellent service.

Your Tasks:

Preparing and serving the dishes according to the restaurant’s specifications

Maintaining high-quality food standards

Ensuring professional handling of work equipment

Supervising the goods, including ordering and proper storage

Your Qualifications:

Berlin Residence and Ready-to-Start Status are required

Prior experience as a cook (m/f/d) or in a similar role

Passion for culinary arts and a strong desire to continuously improve cooking skills

Knowledge of Italian and/or Lebanese cuisine would be a great advantage

Experience with pastry and desserts preparation would be a great advantage

English skills are required – knowledge of other foreign languages is beneficial

Ability to work in a dynamic and stressful environment

Cook school diploma would be an advantage
