Cook/ Chef (m/f/x)

Prepare and cook Chinese noodle dishes according to established recipes and standards.

Ensure all food items are prepared and cooked to the highest quality and presentation standards.

Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.

Maintain inventory levels of food ingredients and supplies, and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.

Monitor food quality and freshness, and take corrective actions as necessary.

Adhere to portion control and minimize food waste.

Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff members.

Clean and maintain cooking equipment, utensils, and workstations.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely food preparation.

Minimum 1 year of Experience as a Cook / Kitchen Prep position

Familiarity with traditional Chinese cooking techniques and flavors.

Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.

Excellent knife skills and ability to handle kitchen equipment effectively.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

A culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred but not mandatory.

English is a must - German a plus (but not required)
