Coordinator Inventory & Logistitics Global Talents (m/f/d) | temporary
HUGO BOSS AG | Metzingen near Stuttgart | Germany | Full-time


 



We are looking for a Coordinator Inventory & Logistics Global Talents (m/f/d) starting in July 2026. The position is limited to 2 years.



 



What you can expect:

  • Inventory Management & SAP: Plan, place, and track sample and stock orders in SAP, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate stock control.

  • Talent & Campaign Products: Own the inventory of all seeding, gifting, and campaign products, including product allocation across markets and activations.

  • Logistics & Shipping: Coordinate domestic and international shipments (incl. documentation) for talent seedings, gifting initiatives, events, and campaign shoots.

  • Returns & Recoveries: Manage returns, exchanges, and product recoveries in close collaboration with key stakeholders.

  • Stakeholder & Interface Management: Act as main point of contact for internal teams, warehouses, logistics partners, and couriers to ensure seamless execution.

  • Budget & Process Optimization: Manage shipment budgets, logistics costs, and invoicing trackers while continuously optimizing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs


Your profile:

  • Experience in product coordination

  • Experience with administrative processes

  • Experience working with an internal ordering application, preferrably a SAP software program

  • Ideally, you have gained some practical experience in the lifestyle and fashion industry in the course of your previous career

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Structured and proactive working style, goal-oriented action and can work well under time pressure

  • Understand supply chain and process of product

  • Very good written and spoken English and German; further language skills are an advantage
