Arbeitsbeschreibung - Corporate Finance Manager

We are looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to join our ambitious team

Prepare teasers, confidential information memorandum and other relevant materials
Value real estate or infrastructure portfolios and businesses
Support the transaction prcoess through the development of tailored structured finance solutions
Build and maintain detailed project or portfolio cash flow models and rent rolls
Analyze existing financing models and project cash flows, as well as the development of individually efficient financing strategies
Coordinate and perform business due diligence
Build strong relationships and maintain direct contact with clients, prospective clients, professional advisors and other stakeholders
Supervise junior staff members in financial analyses, research and preparation of marketing materials
Contribute to the product development by enhancing our platform from a business perspective
Share your ideas and visions to maintain the highest standards for our platform

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages (German and English)
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or finance
Relevant M&A/Corporate Finance or Transaction Advisory experience of at least 2 years
Outstanding financial analysis, modelling and valuation skills
Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
Strong project management skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
In-depth understanding of capital markets and financial instruments
Experience dealing with clients, external advisors and other transactional
Proficient in MS office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and strong research experience
Exceptional commitment, and a high level of team orientation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
