Our client is a well established and independently owned staffing group implemented across several countries in Europe.
We are looking for their Country manager to implement and develop the brand and presence in GERMANY.
Responsibilities for this Country Manager Role will Include:
New branches openings
Hiring Branch managers and team
Managing several teams across multiple branches
Monitoring branch performances
Liaising and reporting to the European CEO
Implementing an effective brand strategy and ensuring consistency
Building professional relationships with staff and clients.
Skills & Experience for this Country Manager role:
Bachelor's degree in business, management or a related field (preferably a master's degree)
A good knowledge base of the staffing industry in GERMANY
Proven background in business development and management similar role in the staffing industry
Self motivated
Entrepreneurial mind
High personal standards
Demonstrate exceptional levels of customer service and business development
