As a multicultural and cross-functional team, they define and execute the local growth strategies, collaborating with central marketing and product teams. Sounds attractive? Then read along!
If you want to:
- Be part of the growth journey of a European unicorn and have an impact on it;
- Build a clear strategy to drive profitable growth and ensure local product/market fit;
- Work together with central teams to fuel growth and execute local marketing plans;
- Monitor performance and challenge the status quo to reach quarterly targets;
- Build and manage relationships with new and key local partners (media, influencers, affiliates, etc.);
- Own the local brand OKRs and take initiatives to improve them;
- Coordinate local PR execution;
- Seek new growth opportunities.
And you can check off:
- Previous experience in a similar role or as a marketing manager in a B2C startup in the German market (nice to have);
- Good knowledge of all marketing channels, including influencers and Affiliates;
- Good connections within the local media and publishers ecosystem;
- Experience negotiating and executing B2B2C and reselling partnerships to scale growth;
- Proactive, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset, with excellent analytical skills;
- Native-level German language skills (mandatory).
