In your new role as CRM Manager in our Operations Team, you are responsible for mapping and optimizing various customer journeys from marketing to offboarding. You will develop standards across all programs and ensure their implementation to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the CRM system and processes.

You develop CRM strategies along the customer journey and implement them.
You manage and optimize our CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring that the data captured there is always up-to-date and complete.
You identify optimization potentials in our CRM system and develop and implement corresponding measures.
You are responsible for analyzing the data from our CRM system and presenting relevant metrics.
You train and support our team in using our CRM system.
As part of the Operations Team, you support in shaping processes and implementing automation solutions.

You have a degree in Business Administration, IT, Business Informatics, or Marketing, or a completed apprenticeship in a relevant field with initial professional experience.
You have comprehensive knowledge of CRM systems, preferably with prior experience working with HubSpot.
You possess excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
You have experience in data analysis and visualization.
You have very good communication and training skills, which you have successfully demonstrated.
You ideally have initial experience in a dynamic work environment such as entrepreneurship or innovation.
You are fluent in English both written and spoken, can also communicate well in German, and enjoy intercultural experiences.
