Job Opportunity: Croatian-Speaking AI Prompt Evaluators On-Site in Essen, Germany

Start Date: July; August
Location: Essen (on-site)
Relocation Support: 2 months accommodation + up to 250euro travel reimbursement
Bonus: 3,000euro (1,500 after 3 months + 1,500 after 6 months)

We are hiring fluent Croatian speakers to join a team working on the latest AI technologies. Youll be creating and reviewing written prompts and conversation flows to help improve speech-based systems.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Croatian + B2 English

• Bachelors degree

• Valid work permit for Germany

• Strong writing and analytical skills

• Comfortable working on-site and with varied content topics
