We are currently looking for a Customer Accounting Integrations Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own the end-to-end account integration process — ensuring customers are onboarded efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with their internal financial operations.


• Lead implementation projects involving accounting system integrations (file-based and API-driven), acting as key stakeholder across customer teams and internal teams.


• Serve as the main point of contact throughout accounting onboardings — guiding customers through complex system setups, managing expectations, and aligning technical and operational touchpoints.


• Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve integration challenges and support long-term scalability across regions.


• Deliver structured onboarding sessions, technical workshops, and milestone check-ins — confidently engaging with internal teams and senior stakeholders.


• Identify and escalate friction points early — taking the lead in coordinating cross-functional resolutions with clarity and accountability.


• Maintain full visibility across your integration portfolio using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Notion.


• Continuously improve internal processes, documentation, and integration frameworks to support scalable operations.


• Contribute to the strategic development of the Customer Relations function — helping to shape a best-in-class integration experience for our growing international customer base.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• You’re an exceptional communicator with a proven track record in customer-facing roles — ideally within B2B SaaS or fintech — and you know how to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation.


• You have a strong foundation in financial processes and accounting principles, including hands-on experience with one or more common accounting systems (such as DATEV, Lexoffice, or MS Dynamics).


• You understand how accounting system integrations work — whether file-based or API-driven — and can translate technical requirements into actionable steps for customers and internal teams.


• You bring sharp analytical thinking and a solution-oriented mindset, enabling you to understand customer needs deeply and align them with Pliant’s product capabilities.


• You’re confident hosting customer webinars, onboarding sessions, and strategic check-ins, ensuring adoption, satisfaction, and long-term value.


• You think beyond support — you're comfortable contributing to strategic discussions, helping shape internal processes, product features, and scaling strategies that drive customer success.


• You’re highly organised, proactive, and can prioritise effectively in a fast-moving, ever-evolving environment.


• You communicate fluently in both English and German — any additional language skills (Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, Dutch) are a plus.


• You bring curiosity, resilience, and adaptability. You’re excited by the pace of a scaling startup, and you take ownership from day one.


• Whether you’ve studied or worked in accounting or finance, or simply have a natural affinity for numbers and process optimisation — you’re comfortable in this world and eager to deepen your expertise.

• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Asana, Notion, Miro,Trello and have previous leading these projects with AI is a strong plus
