Customer & Partner Relations Specialist - Invoicing & Reporting (m/f/d)

Are you ready to join us?

Tasks:

• Manage customer and sales inquiries regarding invoicing, invoice corrections and invoice submission process (english and german)

• Prepare reports for media partners as a basis for royality and revenue share calculations

• Communicate directly and professionally with different stakeholders, e.g. media partners and clients

• Operate within various internal tools and systems to support efficient workflows

• Actively contribute to the improvement of our invoicing and reporting processes

Profile:

• Excellent communication skills in english and german (both spolken and written)

• Strong service and customer orientation with a structured and reliable work style

• Previous experience with invoicing processes, payment workflows is an advantage

• Comfortable working with different software tools and microsoft office, e.g. Salesforce, ERP Systems, Excel

• Proactive, solution-oriented and a strong team player
