Arbeitsbeschreibung - Customer Onboarding Specialist - Dutch (m/w/d)

Management and monitoring of the global customer onboarding process
Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention rates
Collaborate with regional team leaders to ensure standardized onboarding procedures
Analyze onboarding data and metrics for continuous improvement

Experience in customer service or onboarding
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to convey technical information in an understandable way
Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work in a team
Excellent language skills (spoken and written) in Dutch and English
