Arbeitsbeschreibung - Customer Quality Assurance Engineer (m/f/d)

Error analysis together with customer and developing solution

Technical support for our customers

Participation in projects in the area of complaints management and submission of suggestions for improvement

Customer-orientated processing and proper documentation of claims

The training (3 - 6 weeks) takes place in Fürstenfeldbruck (Germany)

Technical apprenticeship in the field of refrigeration/air conditioning or electrics/electronics (motor management, bus communication)

High customer orientation and strong communication skills

Good knowlege of MS Office and ERP

Fluent English knowledge, German basic would be a plus
