Eaton\u2019s filtration products are manufactured and sold worldwide.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\n \n\u2022 Handling national and international customer inquiries, including preparing quotations and following up on offers via phone, Teams, or email \n\u2022 Close collaboration and coordination with our operational departments \n\u2022 Order processing and organization of goods shipments \n\u2022 Handling product returns and credit notes \n\u2022 Close cooperation with our field sales team \n\u2022 Coordinating complex issues with specialist departments \n \n\n\n## Qualifications:\n\n * Completed commercial training, e.g. industrial clerk or a comparable qualification\n * Very good written and spoken English and German skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage\n\n\n\n## Skills:\n\n \n\u2022 Professional experience in inside sales or customer service is desirable \n\u2022 Interest in technical processes and interrelations \n\u2022 Confident use of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) \n\u2022 Experience with ERP and/or CRM systems is desirable \n\u2022 High level of self-motivation, customer orientation, and an independent, structured way of working\n\nAll positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
