Location: Munich, Rostock

Our client is looking for strong communicators
who enjoy advising customers by phone, email, and live chat—supported by a
motivated and collaborative team.

Your tasks include:

  • You
    are the voice of the company: You answer inquiries about consumer loans –
    by phone, email or live chat
  •  You
    help: You support our customers with initial questions and find a
    suitable solution for every problem
  • You
    get involved: Your proximity to customers helps us to continuously
    improve our service
  • You
    are the interface: You work closely with our credit advisors (m/f/d),
    assist with administrative tasks and provide support for queries regarding the
    use of our app


Requirements

  • Communication
    skills:
     You enjoy interacting with customers and express yourself
    professionally, friendly and customer-oriented – both spoken and written in
    German

  • Service
    Mindset:
     You're solution-oriented and give our customers the feeling
    they're in the best hands. You keep a cool head even in dynamic situations
  • Flexibility: You
    are reliable and appreciate the variety of fixed working hours between 8:00
    a.m. and 8:00 p.m., 5 days a week 
  • Technical
    affinity:
     You are confident in MS Office and enjoy working with modern
    tools
  • Career
    changers? Welcome!
     A completed commercial apprenticeship is a plus,
    but not required. What's important is that you have a passion for
    communication!
