We, CUBE Bikes, are the market leader in Europe in the medium and high-quality E-bike, Mountain Bike and Road Bike segments. We are already available in over 60 countries via independent bicycle retailers. We are continuously expanding this market position through our international growth. We are characterised by innovative technology, high quality, teamwork and a people-oriented corporate culture.

To further develop the Danish, Swedish and Norwegian markets, we are looking for Customer Service Representatives (m/f/d) to strengthen our team.

Do you speak fluently either Danish, Swedish or Norwegian?

Are your proficient in English or German?

Are you characterised by motivation, a willingness to learn and setting high goals?

Processing customer enquiries and orders

Customer advice regarding the products on offer

Coordination of production & delivery dates

Constant contact with the sales representative, service staff, accounting and other departments

Preparation of all export documents

Preparation and follow-up of trade fairs and training courses as well as participation if necessary

Professional experience in customer service, preferably in the bicycle or sports sector

Convincing communication skills / good interpersonal skills

Do you speak fluently either Danish, Swedish or Norwegian?

German language skills an advantage

Good written and spoken English

Organisational talent

Ability to work in a team

Ability to work under pressure and assertiveness

Ability to work independently

Basic technical understanding

Good interpersonal skills and positive demeanour
