Have you completed training in freight forwarding, international trade, industrial business administration, or a related field and have an interest in international logistics and air freight exports? Would you like to apply your expertise in a global company while working closely with customers, airlines, and international partners? Then this opportunity could be the perfect next step for you!

We, the Recruitment Agency ADENI (ADENI Recruitment Agency), are looking forward to support your career in Germany.

Your Tasks:

Managed and coordinated air freight export shipments, ensuring smooth and timely transportation processes
Communicated with customers, airlines, overseas agents, and internal departments to support daily operations and resolve issues
Prepared and reviewed shipping, export, and customs documentation in compliance with international regulations
Handled customer inquiries, complaints, and cargo damage claims while maintaining a high level of customer service
Processed invoicing, verified freight-related invoices, and collaborated closely with Operations and Sales teams

Your Profile:

Completed vocational training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, industrial clerk, or equivalent professional experience
Experience in air freight and export operations is an advantage
ZÜP required or willingness to obtain security clearance
Business level German and English (spoken and written)
Structured, reliable, and service-oriented working style
Team player with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
