• Independently manage customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations via email
• Support the day-to-day operations of our call center by taking on additional operational tasks
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process and workflow improvements
• Support the Quality team in maintaining and improving service quality standards
• Create and maintain workflow documentation in both German and English

• At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service, ideally in a call center environment
• Experience with Google Workspace; knowledge of Jira and Zendesk is a plus
• Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
• Quick learner with a proactive approach and a high level of ownership
• Hands-on mentality with excellent problem-solving skills
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Resilient, well-organized, and a strong team player
