We, the Recruitment Agency ADENI (ADENI Recruitment Agency), are looking forward to support your career in Germany.

Your Tasks:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and maintain accurate records
Enter order data and manage order information using the SAP system
Prepare delivery documents and process orders
Communicate with warehouse staff and freight forwarders to ensure smooth deliveries
Monitor open orders and backlogs
Create and verify credit notes

Your Profile:

Business-level English proficiency, both written and spoken
Good German language skills, both written and spoken
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Previous experience in sales support or logistics coordination is a strong advantage
