Arbeitsbeschreibung - Customer Service Team Lead

  • Type of contract: Full -time, permanent, on -site (one day of home office possibility per week)
  • Location: Augsburg, Germany
  • Department: Finance

Main Tasks

  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead a sales -driven team and support both their professional and personal growth through coaching and feedback
  • Onboarding: Design and implement structured onboarding and training programs
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct regular evaluations, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and create targeted development plans
  • Customer Interaction: Actively participate in daily operations, including inbound and outbound customer consultations (no cold calling)
  • Recruitment: Conduct interviews and contribute to team expansion
  • Process Optimization: Continuously improve workflows and implement new ideas


Requirements

  • Sales Expertise: Several years of experience in sales, ideally within financial services, telephone sales, or banking
  • Leadership Skills: Initial proven experience in leading teams (both technically and disciplinarily)
  • People Skills: Strong ability to motivate and inspire, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Hands -on approach with a strong sense of ownership and innovation
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong problem -solving skills and a solid understanding of processes
