Position: Customer Success (Insurance) team Support on a mini-job basis (f/m/d)
Location: Berlin, Germany
Your Mission in a Nutshell: As part of your role, you will be responsible for completing a range of routine tasks related to customer information for the successful onboarding of customers to Humanoo, which is critical to the success of our Customer Success team.
This is a mini-job position (EUR 556) for which you will have to work for 9,5 hours per week according to a flexible schedule that is coordinated with that of your colleagues.
Managing, reviewing and validating user data and contributions uploaded to our CMS (content management system) to ensure users receive their rewards
Managing user communication via the CMS to engage our users and keep them informed
Supporting the team with data analyses and reports on key parameters to improve internal processes
Strong communication skills in German and English, knowledge of French is great to have
You have a strong ability to prioritise and know what you need to focus on to be successful
You have a passion for understanding customers and helping them succeed
