Oversee client projects, propose new initiatives, create offers, and manage budgets.
Ensure client satisfaction, handle escalations, and drive customer success.
Identify and acquire new clients through proactive research, outreach, and strategic initiatives.
Participate in pitches and public tenders to showcase our offerings and secure new business.
Collaborate with the team to write formal contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
5+ years experience in account or customer success management, or a related role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively engage with clients.
Great English and German command, both in writing and speaking.
Well-developed teamwork and communication skills.
Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Familiarity with budget planning and offer creation.
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Technical background.
Experience with Content Management Solutions and Digital Experience Platforms.
Experience with Drupal.
International / intercultural work experience.
Frankfurt or Berlin (hybrid model possible, but ideally near one of these locations)
