Arbeitsbeschreibung - Customer Success Manager


 


PubMatic is an independent technology company maximizing customer value by delivering digital advertising’s supply chain of the future.


 


Role Summary:


We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our team in either Hamburg or Munich.


In this role, you will manage publisher accounts utilizing PubMatic's platform, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and strategic support. You will be tasked with achieving top-line revenue targets while ensuring that PubMatic not only meets but exceeds publisher expectations, all while safeguarding their brand integrity.


 


Key Responsibilities:


 



  • Act as the primary point of contact for premium publishers, providing day-to-day support.

  • Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to discuss performance and strategic initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical support, issue resolution and where possible guide up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Analyse performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to maximise customers' return on investment.

  • Engage in daily communication with clients to build strong, lasting relationships and address their needs promptly.

  • Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions.

  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of digital advertising and programmatic best practices.


 


Qualifications:


 



  • Experience in customer success, account management, or a related role within the ad-tech sector.

  • In-depth understanding of publishers and supply-side platforms (SSPs) and the programmatic landscape.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting client relationships.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proactive problem-solver with a keen attention to detail.

  • A deep understanding of digital advertising and programmatic.

  • Fluency in German and English
