comstruct, the platform transforming materials procurement for construction companies, is driving the shift to digital and automated processes. We're looking for exceptional talent to help us empower the industry with smarter, more efficient solutions.
As a Customer Success Manager you will be owning the Swiss and Lichtenstein market, converting POCs into long term customers and making sure they get the most out of our product. You will also support us in building our Swiss hub.
What you will be building 🏗️
Guide new customers through onboarding, product setup and training to ensure seamless integration and product adoption
Lead customer training sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations to enhance knowledge and usage of our product
Conduct regular check-ins to track progress, gather feedback, and align on future objectives
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize customer engagement with our product
Oversee customer lifecycle management, continuously identifying areas for improvement and optimization
Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, including product, sales, and customer enablement
What you need to succeed ✨
3+ years of experience working at the construction site, facilitating the implementation of software tools
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships while being able to drive cross team collaboration
Strong analytical mindset with ability to solve complex problems while maintaining a customer-centric, proactive approach
Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple accounts independently, balancing various priorities and customer needs
Very good English and Swiss German skills, French skills would be nice to have
