Arbeitsbeschreibung - Customer Success Representative DACH

Your Role 

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact by helping customers succeed with SoSafe’s product suite. With a strong customer and product-focused approach, you’ll guide customers on how to get the best value from SoSafe products, driving their positive outcomes and fostering high customer satisfaction.  

In our Customer Success team, your tasks will include: 

·        Learning to conduct business conversations, including contract renewals and upsells 

·        Advising clients on the basics of cybersecurity awareness 

·        Contributing to the planning and conducting of business reviews 

·        Assisting in the management of campaigns to promote safety awareness and show the ROI of our product 

·        Building and nurturing long-term customer relationships, learning to develop and implement engagement strategies 

·        Navigating commercial processes, including renewal management and identifying up/cross-sell opportunities  

·        Supporting customers proactively in reaching their goals and sharing feedback to our product development team on behalf of our customers 

·        Helping to turn customers into enthusiastic advocates who are willing to share their success stories 

Your Profile 

·        You are highly motivated to build a career in Customer Success and are enthusiastic about helping customers achieve their goals 

·        You bring a proactive and customer-focused mindset and have some experience in a customer-facing role (whether from Customer Success, sales, support, or another field) 

·        You are eager to grow and develop your skills in customer relationship-building, commercial discussions, and goal-setting 

·        You’re comfortable working with a diverse group of clients and are keen to develop your organizational and communication skills 

·        You’re a team player who thrives in a collaborative, dynamic team that values shared learning 

·        You have strong German and English language skills (additional languages are a plus) 

·        Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus, but we value the desire to learn and adapt to new technology
