To strengthen our Support Department, we are looking for a motivated Support Agent (German/English) who enjoys helping customers, takes ownership of support requests, and serves as a reliable point of contact between our users and internal teams.

Your Responsibilities

You support Cardmarket users with a wide range of inquiries and operational topics. Your primary responsibility is to resolve customer requests and provide assistance in writing, mainly in German and English
You are often the first point of contact between Cardmarket and its users. Through your daily interactions with our community, you help create a positive user experience and build trust in our platform.
You help maintain a safe and trustworthy marketplace by reviewing disputes, identifying suspicious activities, and supporting the enforcement of our platform policies.
You mediate between buyers and sellers to find fair and practical solutions. As many transactions on Cardmarket take place between private individuals, this role requires sound judgment, a high level of responsibility, and confidence in making independent decisions.

Your profile

You speak fluent German (C2) and English (C1) and ideally French (B1) and/or Spanish (B1)?
Do you like trading card games and are you familiar with online trading (on Cardmarket if possible)?
Do you like working in a solution-oriented way and helping others?
Do you enjoy dealing with people, have a feel for customer enquiries and strike "the right note" in conversation?
Are you well-versed in the use of computers and office applications?
You already have working experience in customer support with other companies?
Presence in Berlin & valid work permit for Germany is required!
